I'm not surprised that it's occurring in Colorado, where they're scrambling to prevent the truth from coming out. Denver is defending what I think is the third law suit about its BS...err, BSL.

I think it's beyond malarkey.
It's fraudulent manipulation of data for self-serving ends.
Kind of like what the guys at Enron did.
