In a somewhat related segue, Toronto Humane is still being a pain about adoptions. No wonder there are so many animals stuck in there, when adoptions are closed an hour before the shelter closes and staff will not take a few extra minutes to see an animal get out and go to a good home. The adopter is forced to return another day and go through the whole shtick again.
